MAXEN supports display customization including LCD size, resolution, brightness, backlight, interface, FPC length and shape, pin definition, operating temperature and mechanical dimensions. Touch screen, cover glass, optical bonding and housing integration can also be developed based on project requirements.
Custom touch screen display options include PCAP or RTP, sensor size, touch FPC, controller, I²C or USB interface, cover glass size and shape, printing, holes, AG/AR/AF treatment and optical bonding. Touch structure can be matched with existing LCD, enclosure or mechanical design.
Interface, FPC layout, connector position, FPC length and pin definition can be reviewed according to PCB design and system architecture. RGB, LVDS, MIPI, SPI and other interfaces are supported depending on LCD platform and project specifications.
Recommended project information includes target size, resolution, outline dimensions, brightness, interface, operating temperature, touch requirement and annual demand. LCD datasheet, mechanical drawing, PCB information or cover glass drawing can help accelerate engineering evaluation.
Development cycle depends on LCD platform, FPC modification, touch structure, cover glass, tooling and validation scope. Projects based on existing display platforms normally require shorter development time. Development scope, sample plan and estimated lead time are confirmed after engineering review.
Custom LCD display projects can include cover glass, logo printing, color printing, AG/AR/AF treatment, OCA or liquid optical bonding, metal frame and selected housing structures. These options support integration of display, touch and mechanical components into one project-specific module.
