  • Quotation

    After the quote is confirmed, the project begins with design and development.

  • Prototyping & Validation (1-3 weeks)

    Functional samples are produced, tested internally, and delivered for client validation and feedback.

  • Mass Production & Delivery (3-6 weeks)

    After validation, mass production starts, with quality control and logistics ensuring timely delivery, alongside ongoing support.

As an experienced custom TFT LCD display manufacturer, we design our LCD screens from glass to backlight specifically for harsh environments such as outdoor applications and industrial automation.

  • High Brightness – We have flexible in-house backlight production capabilities, with engineers designing the LED light bars and experienced workers handling the assembly. This allows us to offer high-brightness LCD Screen, with brightness ranging from 500cd/m² to 2000cd/m².
  • Wide temperature  – We select and utilize specialized materials and components to ensure wide-temperature compatibility, enabling our wide-temperature LCD displays to operate reliably from -30°C to 85°C, with all models fully validated in high-temperature and high-humidity test chambers.

AG/AR/AF Coatings & Multi-Color Printing

Our custom touch screen cover glass is designed and produced in-house to meet specific environmental and performance requirements.

  • AG (Anti-Glare) – Etched directly onto the glass to ensure a smooth, even surface and effective glare.
  • AR (Anti-Reflective) – Applied via multi-layer techniques like sputtering or CVD to reduce reflections and increase light transmission.
  • AF (Anti-Fingerprint) – Vacuum-deposited coating that resists fingerprints and smudges.
  • Multi-color printing – 3-7 color printing for custom logos, patterns, and designs.

Optical Bonding – LOCA & Anti-UV OCA

We offer two advanced optical bonding solutions for enhanced display performance:

  • LOCA (Liquid Optical Clear Adhesive) – Liquid adhesive bonding for reduced internal reflections and enhanced readability in high ambient light conditions.
  • Anti-UV OCA – Solid adhesive with improved UV stability, preventing yellowing and maintaining optical performance in outdoor environments, particularly suited for outdoor handheld terminals, automotive displays and marine instrument panels.

Customer Support

Warranty

Warranty Period

We offer a 12-month warranty. During the warranty period, defectives will be repaired or replaced free of charge, and the products will be re-exported.

LED Life Time

The typical LED lifespan of LCD module is 50,000 hours under normal conditions.

Product EOL (End of Life)

Most our products continue to produce min.5 years. If discontinued, pin-to-pin replacement models will be provided.
