For the assembly process, we offer standard perimeter tape bonding (air bonding) alongside our upgraded optical bonding capabilities. Our optical bonding process utilizes Optically Clear Resin (OCR) water-glue to eliminate the internal air gap between the PCAP sensor and the TFT LCD. This advanced integration enhances visual contrast, minimizes internal reflection, and fully seals the display module against dust and moisture ingress for rigorous industrial applications.
