Description

HCT950LI023V.0 is a 9.66 inch LCD display designed specifically for Rear View Dash Cams. The 9.66 inch LCD screen features a resolution of 1280x320 pixels, IPS wide viewing angles, a high brightness of 500 nits, and a MIPI 40-pin interface. The integrated circuit (IC) used is ICN9707, and it is shipped after IC initialization has been permanently set. The 9.66 inch LCD panel operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and can be safely stored at temperatures between -30°C and 80°C.
