On December 28, 2024, our team visited the company’s self-owned factory in Dongguan for an insightful learning experience. This factory serves as the company‘s core production base, specializing in the research and manufacturing of TFT LCD displays.
Exploring Advanced Manufacturing Processes
The purpose of the visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of the LCD production process and to learn about the industry’s leading automated production technologies. The factory is equipped with four fully automated FOG bonding production lines, each with a daily capacity of 8k units, achieving a total monthly capacity of over 830k units. This ensures high efficiency and stable production output.
